Miami Beach Real Estate is one of the top tourist destinations in Florida. It is known for its diverse ethnic population, trendy night spots, fabulous restaurants and breathtaking beaches. Miami-DadeCounty has the largest population of any county in the entire state of Florida. The Port of Miami is the number one cruise ship port in the entire world.

The tropical climate is a major draw for tourists not only throughout the United States but the entire world. Miami attracts visitors from France, Germany, Spain, Brazil, South Africa, China and Russia, just to name a few. Miami has a total of 16 beaches that offer a variety of pleasurable activities for everyone.

SouthBeach is probably one of the best known beaches in all of Florida. Ocean Drive is a popular destination for anyone visiting SouthBeach. Ocean Drive is lined with eateries, night clubs, boutiques, hotels and much more. SouthBeach is also well known for its magnificent art deco buildings. The beach itself offers miles of gorgeous sand and breathtaking ocean views.

BillBaggsCapeFloridaState Park is another top beach in Miami Beach Waterfront Condos. It ranked on the list of "Top 10 Beaches in the United States". Bill Baggs Cape Florida is home to the Cape Florida Lighthouse which was built in 1825.

The Cape Florida Lighthouse is the oldest structure in all of Miami. Bill Baggs Cape Florida is a great spot to sunbathe, fish, picnic or do just about anything you desire on a beautiful sun filled day.

NorthBeach is a very family friendly beach. The beach has a boardwalk as well as a community center and an old-fashioned bandshell. North Shore Open Space is also part of NorthBeach. This park has plenty of areas to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

CrandonParkBeach is a Miami attraction that is described as the place to be. CrandonParkBeach is a beyond amazing 2 mile lagoon beach with pristine white sand. This beach also features a playground, outdoor skating rink, splash fountain, and even a carousel. CrandonParkBeachGardens is a lush tropical garden with its own lake. There are also plenty of places to eat and take in the gorgeous surroundings.

HauloverBeachPark is a spacious beach with tunnels for pedestrians that connect the park to Biscayne Bay's marina. HauloverBeachPark has tons of activities that can be found from its golf course, tennis courts or even flying a kite. There are plenty of areas that you can relax and rest in the shade or if you prefer you can take the whole family and picnic and barbeque near the dunes of the beach.

HauloverBeach also has walking trails if you just want to take a leisurely stroll and take in the sights. For those who are a bit more active you can play volleyball or fish. At the northern end of HauloverBeach they even have a clothing-optional section.
